Neal Zucker is the founder of Corporate Cleaning Services, Chicago’s largest all-union window-washing company. Since founding the company in 1994, Mr. Zucker has driven innovation in the industry with proprietary technology, as well as setting new standards for safety, service and operational efficiency. He brings an eye for detail and a passion for service to his clients, which includes many of the finest residential and commercial properties in Chicago.
Mr. Zucker’s dedication to Chicago extends well beyond his role in business. For the past 30 years, he has been actively involved in civic and philanthropic efforts that contribute to Chicago’s development and cultural initiatives. Mr. Zucker was a founding member of the Junior Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation; a founder of Chicago Gateway Green’s hugely successful “Green Tie Ball,” an annual event supporting the beautification of Chicago’s highways and neighborhoods, which still continues today. Mr. Zucker has also served on numerous boards, including After School Matters, Chicago High School for the Arts (ChiArts), the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago Gateway Green, and is currently an Emeritus Board Member of the Goodman Theatre, after serving for 20 years as a trustee. Mr. Zucker received the Global Leadership Award for excellence in leadership and public service in his industry. He is regularly featured in various Chicago publications, including “Crain’s,” where he is frequently named a “Who’s Who in Chicago Business.”
Mr. Zucker received his bachelor’s degree in economics and business from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Charlie has over 55 years of experience in scheduling and supervising operations, including over eight years as a property manager in the Chicago area. He also has over 50 years of experience in training and supervising rappelling. His responsibilities include all operations, safety, and issue resolution. Charlie is also responsible for contracts and insurance management. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY, and earned his MBA from MIT. Charlie has proudly served our country in the United States Army for twenty years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During that time he was awarded numerous decorations including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He still serves as a Volunteer Admissions Officer for West Point.

Phil Kujawa has over 30 years of experience in the window washing industry in Chicago; and over 20 years of experience as a first-line supervisor. Since joining Corporate Cleaning Services, Phil has been a great addition to team with his experience and role in Quality Assurance. Phil usually supervises large on-going projects because of his attention to detail and his ability to work on many large campuses at once. Eloy Rodriguez has been in the window washing industry since 1996. Eloy has been with Corporate Cleaning Services since 2000, and he was promoted within the company to a front-line supervisor position because of his dedication, work experience and leadership ability. Eloy has extensive knowledge and experience in house rigs, scaffolds and lifts. Alec Basso currently serves as Project Manager at Corporate Cleaning Services, where he ensures smooth daily operations and client satisfaction. An experienced professional, Alec previously held roles at RP Rents as a Parts Coordinator and Sales Representative, as well as Warehouse Manager at Cure SMA, where he managed distribution and operations. His expertise in logistics, client management, and problem-solving makes him an integral team member at Corporate Cleaning Services. A former college athlete, Alec is a natural leader who brings discipline and teamwork to everything he does. In his free time, Alec enjoys volunteering as a wrestling coach and supporting Cure SMA initiatives.

Vanessa joined the Corporate Cleaning Services team in January 2015. With over eight years of office management and customer service experience, Vanessa is your first point of contact at Corporate Cleaning Services. While her main focus is building client relationships, Vanessa wears many hats. Some of her responsibilities include; scheduling, fielding and responding to client concerns, purchasing and managing inventory, human resources (maintaining personnel files, new hire orientation), and carrying administrative duties such as filing and screening phone calls. Vanessa also works alongside our Director of Operations and in collaboration with our project managers planning and overseeing the day-to-day activities to ensure smooth progress. Vanessa earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Humberto is our Equipment Maintenance Manager. He manages the equipment and tools for our workers out in the field. He has 15 years of experience in the window cleaning industry, including 14 here at Corporate Cleaning Services. His in-the-field experience allows him to understand the needs our workers may have at different job sites. His responsibilities include the maintenance and management of our field resources, ordering and issuing equipment, and overseeing and managing our maintenance facility. Humberto currently holds certifications in OSHA 30 and OSHA 4 hour fall protection.

Eric has 10 years of experience cleaning windows and has been a part of Corporate Cleaning Services for 7 of those 10 years. He continues to grow within the company having achieved the following certifications: OSHA 30 and OSHA 8 hour fall protection, as well as a certification for the scissor lifts and booms. Recently, Eric accepted additional job responsibilities which include assisting the company’s Equipment Maintenance Manager. He is now responsible for keeping track of all the company’s equipment inventory.
